Video Submission Length Question

Does this mean if I uploaded a 3 minute and 25 second video I'm disqualified or does this mean they'll only watch the first 3 minutes of it?

"Have you created a submission video? Is your video public, coherent and shows your app working? Reminder that any content over three minutes will not be viewed by judges."

    You won't be disqualified but it is unlikely judges will watch much beyond 3 minutes
