Not able to summarize videos

I seem to be having some issue with the getting a summary of video. I was able to upload a video summary on the VertexAI WorkBeanch. I was not able to get a summary of video using the WorkBench. And I am not able to summarize it via the API using GS (Google Storage URI).. Note: I have switched out the image with video and the summary is perfect.

I am using the correct model and mimeTypes. Please advise
