Repository Access and App Account

During submission it is required to provide github link to the project. If the repository is private how should we proceed.
Also if the solution require authentication, when submitting an app url or website url to test the product should we create credentials for the judges or will they signup themselves (provided the signup feature is available and only require an email address and password).

    Yes, please provide testing instructions as well as credentials
