Can we submit a Python file?

Hi want to know i am doing everything on python. Can we submit that? Judges can use their own Jason key? As i can't share my Jason key (Service account key)?

  Yes, Python is good and we can use our own key (as long as you aren't fine tuning a model)

  If a project consists of only a Python script, why do we need to submit Google Cloud Project ID?

  You must have a Google Cloud ID to indicate you created a Google Cloud project

  So, it means we have to fill credit card details and get membership of Google Cloud?
