we have an app in production, can we give access to the judges to the TestFlight or Google Play internal testing access?

Hi,
We have an in production app and we are adding Gemini AI feature to it but not published to the app store yet.
Can we give judges access to Apple Test flight and Google Play internal testing by adding some email address as a tester?
