Submitting the repository

Hey there, I have my code in a private repository with testing instructions in the README, is there a specific github account I need to add to the repository so that the judges can test my code, my website will be hosted so that they can use it nevertheless. Also should I include my API key in the repository or will the judges be testing it with their own api key?
