my project is a published chrome extension, do i still need to share the source code repository?
My chrome extension is published and available in the Chrome Web Store, that I link to in my project. Is that sufficient for testing?

the code repository is private. may i copy paste the relevant parts of the code into the submission?

alternatively, can i link to a zip file of the repository contents in s3 or dropbox? and is there a way to share the link that it will only be visible to judges?

Yeah, you can provide a zip link but it would need to be available within your submission
