Can one person join multiple teams

Assuming I am a prompt engineer, Can I join multiple teams?

    I thought there was a limit of one submission per person:

    Does that mean there's only a limit on the person who actually submits on behalf of the team?

    Yes, there is a limit to one submission per person. In the event you enter as an individual and a team, only one of your submissions would be eligible for a prize.
