A few questions on Low Code Implementation

I will be creating a chrome extension and related web app using a low code platform in addition to some code on google cloud as well, this is for context and here are the questions I have:

1 - The rules state I should "Provide a URL to my code repository for judging and testing", is that applicable for low code? I can create a repo with some of the files I extract from the low code platform, but that won't be everything and you can't really test the logic using that.

2 - The rules state that for the Low-Code submission prize, I should provide a "Video submission of workflows showing uses of low-code tools" that is a about 5 minutes long, is that in addition to the 3-minute video I will include explaining my submission or are all of those in one video?

3 - will low code submissions be eligible for any of the other prize categories?

4 - Finally, if I did build a chrome extension and it wasn't accepted in time into the Chrome Web Store, due to the review process duration, can I just include the extension's files? It is the same experience will just have to be loaded once into a browser manually rather than installing from store.
