Data Scraping for User Input?

Is there any issue with scraping text / elements of a webpage from a URL that users of the app provide as an input? It'd be like a way of giving internet access to the model. Or would that go against any rules? I can't find anything on the topic in the Rules provided so thought I'd ask.

  While this is not against the rules, we can't recommend anything that might go against the terms of services or privacy policies for 3P platforms or other sites. I'd advise you to check against that.
