Gemini AI 1.5 PRO access denied

Hi, I was trying to request access to Gemini AI 1.5 PRO. However, Google Forms is not accepting more requests. In other words, is close. So, how can I get access to Gemini AI 1.5 PRO?

  Same here. The Google Form seems to be unavailable or closed. Can you please give an update on how to proceed here. The default API access seems to be heavily rate limited.
