Are office hours not happening?

Last week same thing happened, I waited and waited no one showed up. Now yesterday and today same thing happened. No one showed up. I converted 9 am pst to edt and that makes it 12 pm edt. So, the time conversion is right. Are office hours just not happening anymore? Because every time after 10 mins I get this message, "You can't join this call. No one responded to your request to join the call." I then retry and 10 mins later it gives the same message.

    office hours are happening, there's been 3 so far. The next one is on 4/17 at 9am pst. You can join by clicking the link in the office hours tab at the time of the session.

    Emeka , I just clicked the link and it downt open up for me for the office hour thats happening NOW. Says 'you cant join this video call' , whats going on?
