Thanks so much.

My use case was for medical doctors and dynamic tuning for their individual research requests.

They interact in with the AI via text message or voice.

It is asynchronous. So they can hang up, and get responses later.

My question was relating to possibly building on your call center platform or something else to provide a ux/voice layer.

Would you kindly direct me to whoever can help with this.
