@Dani @Ahmad - Shouldn't he put in his testing instructions a request for the GitHub E-mail address of the judge that will examine his entry? Otherwise, they will not be able to view his entry. He will need to grant that judge access to his GitHub repo via the project Settings dialog page on GitHub.

Are you sure? The contest overview seems pretty specific about requiring an accessible code repository, not just suitable login credentials for testing a private app.
From the contest overview:
"Provide a URL to your code repository for judging and testing. "
The original poster asked if the repository could be private, hence my comment about in that context adding one of the judges to the access control list for the repository would be mandatory. Otherwise, the judge would not be able to view the project.

Hi there, if your code repo is private please include testing instructions within your submission. Judges must have access to your code repo.

Yes, testing instructions can be that, or if you prefer to provide your own login credentials that works too.
